Analytics involves the studying of past historical telecommunications data to discover things that may have previously gone un-noticed and turn it into meaning. 

Through this, Segmentation Group can research potential trends and analyse the effects of certain decisions or events. We can also evaluate the performance of a given tool or scenario. The goal of our analytics is to improve any organisation or business by gaining knowledge which can be used to make improvements or changes.

Intelligence is a set of methodologies, processes, architectures and technologies that transform raw data into meaningful and useful information which can be used to enable more effective strategic, tactical and operational insights and decision-making through communications.

Our Data Mining goal is the extraction of patterns and knowledge from large amounts of data, not the mining or extraction of data itself. If learned, existing patterns do not meet the desired standards, it may subsequently be necessary to re-evaluate and change the pre-processing and data mining steps, interpret the learned patterns and turn them into knowledge
